By accessing or using AlphaWebGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the mobile application.

AlphaWebGo is a mobile AI application that provides:

• Local AI processing on mobile devices
• Advanced language model capabilities on smartphones and tablets
• Bridge synchronization with AlphaWeb desktop application
• Private, offline-capable AI assistant features
• Encrypted device-to-device data synchronization

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Permitted Uses

• Personal productivity and assistance
• Creative writing and content generation
• Learning and educational purposes
• Professional research and analysis
• Code assistance and development support

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities or violation of any laws
• Generating harmful, abusive, or hateful content
• Attempts to bypass AI safety measures
• Reverse engineering the application or AI models
• Redistributing or reselling AI models
• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
• Impersonation or identity fraud

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orion Technology Enterprises, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Intellectual Property

You retain complete ownership of all conversations, prompts, and content you create using the Service. All data is stored locally on your device and you maintain full control.

We do not claim any ownership over your AI-generated content. You may use your content as you see fit, subject to applicable laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All AI processing happens locally on your mobile device
• We do not have access to your AI conversations or content
• AlphaWeb bridge sync uses end-to-end encryption
• You can delete your local data at any time
• Account data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws

Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through your app store
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or app store policy
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription through your app store at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions
• Refund policies are subject to app store terms and conditions

• The mobile app is provided as-is with local AI processing capabilities
• AI models work offline; internet only needed for updates and sync
• We may release updates and improvements periodically
• Support is available via email during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST)
• Your locally stored AI conversations remain accessible even if service is interrupted

• Bridge sync requires both AlphaWebGo and AlphaWeb desktop
• Sync is end-to-end encrypted between your devices
• You are responsible for securing both devices
• Sync may be interrupted by network conditions
• We cannot recover synced data if both devices lose it

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before use
• We are not liable for device damage or data loss on your mobile device
• You use the Service at your own risk
• Some jurisdictions may not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orion Technology Enterprises, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate or share using the AI
• Your use of AI-generated content

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting our support team.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for other reasons including:

• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Abuse of AI capabilities or safety bypassing
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

Note: Your locally stored AI conversations will remain on your device even if your account is terminated.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware
• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
• For EU users, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Sending notifications through the app
• Emailing registered users

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
