By accessing or playing Road Rage 2029 ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or play the Game.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or play the Game.

Road Rage 2029 is a multiplayer car combat racing game that provides:

• Real-time multiplayer battles with players worldwide
• Car combat racing with alien-tech weapons
• Dystopian race tracks in the ruins of Murikon
• Ranked leagues, tournaments, and seasonal events
• Vehicle customization and upgrade systems
• Offline training mode for practice
• Story campaign (coming soon)

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Permitted Uses

• Playing the game for personal entertainment
• Participating in multiplayer battles and tournaments
• Customizing vehicles and upgrading weapons
• Joining clans and collaborating with other players
• Creating content (videos, streams) about the game (with attribution)

Prohibited Uses

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Harassment, abuse, or toxic behavior toward other players
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Selling or trading accounts or in-game items for real money
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
• Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities

Our Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orion Technology Enterprises, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Game code, graphics, and audio
• Character designs and vehicle models
• The "Road Rage 2029" name and logo
• Game mechanics and systems
• Story, setting, and lore

Your License to Play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the Game
• Create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Game
• Use the Game for commercial purposes

In-Game Purchases

• Virtual items, ammunition, and currency have no real-world value
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property
• We may modify or remove virtual items with or without notice

Ammunition and Currency System

The game features an ammunition and currency system where:

• Running over zombies grants ammunition that can be stored or used as currency
• Ammunition can be stored in your bank for later rounds
• We reserve the right to adjust the economy and balance at any time
• Exploiting the economy system is grounds for account suspension

We are committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all players:

• We employ anti-cheat technology to detect and prevent cheating
• Cheating or using unauthorized software will result in immediate ban
• We reserve the right to ban players without providing evidence of cheating
• Bans may be temporary or permanent at our discretion
• Attempting to circumvent bans will result in permanent account termination

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• Data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws

Premium Pass and Subscriptions

• Premium Pass subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Refund Policy

• All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable
• Refunds for subscriptions follow the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store
• We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues
• Abusing the refund system may result in account suspension

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We provide support through our website and in-game help center
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

We expect all players to treat each other with respect:

• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• No threatening or violent language
• No sharing of personal information of others
• No impersonating other players or staff
• No spamming chat or using excessive capital letters
• Violation of community guidelines may result in chat restrictions or bans

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of game statistics or leaderboards
• You play the Game at your own risk
• We are not responsible for loss of virtual items or currency due to technical issues
• Some jurisdictions may not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orion Technology Enterprises, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Game
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your conduct in the Game or interactions with other players

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion option in your settings. Note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for other reasons including:

• Cheating or using unauthorized software
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Harassment or toxic behavior
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity (6+ months)
• Non-payment of subscription fees

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware
• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
• For EU users, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Sending in-game notifications to active players
• Displaying notices on our website

Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
