Free trial
- New accounts get 30 days free, once per account. A card is required to start.
- Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
- If you don't cancel, you're charged $9.99 when the trial ends, then every month.
How to cancel
- Open Gentzo and go to Settings.
- Under Subscription, choose Manage billing.
- In the Stripe billing page that opens, choose Cancel plan.
Only the business owner manages the subscription. Can't open the app? Email admin@oriontechenterprises.com from your account's email address and we'll cancel it for you.
After you cancel
- No further charges.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for (or the end of your trial).
- Your agents and data stay on your Mac; scheduled agents stop running when access ends.
- You can subscribe again at any time. The free trial isn't available a second time.
Refunds
- Monthly payments are generally non-refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month.
- Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, tell us within 60 days and we'll refund the incorrect charge in full.
- Forgot to cancel? If you contact us within 7 days of your first charge after the trial and haven't used Gentzo since, we'll refund that charge as a one-time courtesy.
- Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw (for example in the EU or UK), we'll honour it.
- Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Biz Builder (one-time purchase)
- Biz Builder is a one-time $199 purchase for your business. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
- 14-day refund: ask within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full. Biz Builder locks again once the refund goes through.
- After 14 days the purchase is non-refundable, except for billing mistakes or where the law requires otherwise.
AI provider charges
Charges from your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter and others) are billed by that provider, not by us, and aren't covered by this policy.
