Effective October 4, 2026. The agreement you accept when you create a Gentzo account.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Orion Technology Enterprises, Inc. ("Orion", "we", "us") for the Gentzo desktop app, its companion apps and the online services that support them (together, "Gentzo"). By creating an account or using Gentzo you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Gentzo for a business, you accept these Terms for that business and confirm you may do so.
Gentzo runs AI agents on your Mac that work on your behalf on a schedule: reading data you connect, writing reports and files, and taking the actions you allow. Your agents, their data, reports and connected logins are stored on your Mac. Our servers handle your account, your team (people, roles and access) and your subscription.
We may change, improve or discontinue features. If we discontinue Gentzo entirely we'll give reasonable notice and stop charging you.
You can cancel at any time in the app under Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged. Refunds are described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
You own your data and what your agents produce. You give us only the permissions we need to operate the service for you (for example, storing your account and team details). We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it to train AI models.
Gentzo works with services we don't control, such as AI providers, the websites and business tools you connect, Stripe and Apple. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability, content or actions.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Gentzo while your account is in good standing. Gentzo, its design and its branding belong to Orion. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows) or remove notices from the software.
You may stop using Gentzo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, don't pay, or use Gentzo in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers and limits of liability) survive termination.
Gentzo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Gentzo or AI output will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or that agents will complete every task.
To the extent the law allows, Orion won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Gentzo is limited to the amount you paid us for Gentzo in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You'll defend and indemnify Orion against claims arising from your content, the data and accounts you connect, your agents' actions you approved, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect, and the app may ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use Gentzo after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
